U.S. Air Forces, Europe in Aviano, Italy, seeks a Technical Publications Assistant to manage the TODO program, ETIMS system, TODAs, and related publications. The role covers administering user profiles, training, and maintaining local instructions.

The position is open under the Fed Transition hiring path, requires a Secret clearance, and is telework eligible. Salary range posted: $43,106 to $56,039 per year; applications close 2026-10-08.

• Manages the TODO Program. Establishes, maintains, and administers the Technical Order (TO)/TechnicalManual (TM) programs in accordance with established policies, to include protection and disposition of TO/TMsand automated software/eTools.
• Serves as functional administrator for the ETIMS System. Manages and maintains the automated ETIMS System to include protection and disposition of software. Manages Technicals Order Distribution Accounts (TODAs).
• Establish and/or update ETIMS User profiles and organization metadata. Administers training to TODAs, as required, and ensures Computer Based Training (CBT)requirements are met. Manages local instructions, supplements, work cards, other publications and programs affecting the Maintenance Group.
• Performs general office administrative duties; Uses varied functions of word processing software to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of letters, reports, memos, and other textual documents.

Key Responsibilities
