ITility is seeking a Weapons Duty Officer (CAF) to support United States Air Force fighter squadron weapons duties at Aviano AB, Italy. The role requires maintaining security of aircraft media and vault materials, ensuring proper signoffs, and coordinating with mission planning and security teams.

Qualified candidates will have TS clearance, US citizenship, and 3–10 years of related experience depending on education, plus MS Office proficiency.

Salary Range: $68,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accountability of all aircraft media and classified material assigned to the unit while on duty.
• Format and load aircraft media as requested.
• Assemble media sign out logs for each aircraft go.
• Ensure sign out procedures are complied with IAW squadron SOPs.
• Ensure all pilots and WSOs comply with weapons read file signoffs prior to issuing media.
• Execute Weapon Storage Vault (WSV) procedures IAW SOP.
• Download WSV onto computer systems as requested.
• Pass P5 puck data to the Top 3 for Range Training Officer (RTO) operations.
• Download weapons events and print employment sheets.
• Joint Anti-Air Model (JAAM) shots as requested by flight leads.
• Download low-fly NOTAM’s and Royal flight information and update as required.
• Upload low-fly flight plans into appropriate system to ensure de-confliction with otheraircraft low-flying in the same low fly areas. Pass low-fly booking number to flight lead inperson upon step or via Top 3 if required. Update changes to low-fly entry time asrequired based off aircraft delay.
• Ensure security of the vault and materials within are up to date and logged appropriately.
• Ensure the vault status is updated as required to reflect the personnel entering the vault.
• Coordinate with scheduling when most appropriate time is for uncleared personnel is toenter the vault.
• Maintain visitor Entry Access List.
• Coordinate with security forces to update alarm access letters and perform alarm testsmaintaining watch of vault during tests.
• Coordinate with Department of Mission Planning (DOMP) to ensure enough media isavailable and in full working order to execute daily flying and debrief as required.
• Coordinate with Advanced Programs (AP) and DOMP to ensure all vault systems areupdated as required.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing personnel are trained appropriately on vault SOP’s andensure security clearance requirements are covered.
• Brief personnel on security violations as required.
• Track all broken media and work with appropriate agencies to get broken media back tofull working order in a timely manner.
• Develop security plans as required for TDY’s and deployments coordinating withAdvanced Programs (AP), MX, and PROJOs to ensure security processes are in place fordeployment and TDY locations.
• Obtain required training to manage squadron security requirements.
• Ensure personnel provide proper paperwork required for line badges, securityinvestigations, security re-investigations, SIPR tokens, and any other security requirementIAW with local procedures.
• Assist the Weapons Officer and Electronic Countermeasures Officer (ECO) with OFP tracking, read file management, and other tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizen; active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
• Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of recent specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of recent specialized experience; OR 10 years of recent specialized experience.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in the use/application of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a CAF Squadron/Group/Wing office.
• Experience working with scheduling program.
• Experience working in a squadron-level or higher commander, directors, and/or support staff.
  
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform computer-based work using standard office equipment.
• Requires frequent verbal communication, active listening, and visual acuity to perform job responsibilities effectively.
• Must follow site-specific safety, security, and dress standards.
