Wemolo invites you to join the team in Milan as a Technical Implementation Manager. The role is office-based and focuses on expanding our number of active parking sites across Italy.

You will lead technical planning, coordinate resources, and manage customer projects with a hands-on, analytical approach. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in project management or operations and speaks Italian (C2) and English (B2).

Competenze

• Degree in industrial engineering, technical business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Around 2–3 years of experience in project management or operations.
• Strong analytical thinking and hands-on mentality.
• Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Technical planning of parking sites, including hardware placement analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to drive project progress.
• Plan installations and maintenance activities, solving on-site issues.
• Serve as technical point of contact for projects and coordinate installation/commissioning with customers.
• Drive continuous improvement and regularly report KPIs.
• Engage with external partners and manage stakeholder negotiations.
