Deltatre is seeking a Technical Director to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large OTT/streaming projects. You will bridge client needs and cross‑functional teams, owning architecture decisions, estimation, and risk management across multi‑month cycles.

You will demonstrate hands‑on capability in mobile stacks, CI/CD, and modern media tech while mentoring teams and aligning with stakeholders across regions and time zones. English fluency is required.

Competenze

Experience delivering large-scale projects in a technical leadership role across multi-month cycles.
Deep expertise in Android or iOS stack.
Solution architecture experience for digital media platforms.
Requirements gathering, refinement, and estimation for complex multi-stream projects.
Stakeholder management with external clients and internal teams.
Track record mentoring teams through code review and guidance by example.
Hands‑on experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Working Agile delivery experience in practice.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience leading projects across multiple regions and time zones.
Familiarity with performance optimization for high‑scale platforms.
Comfort with rapid prototyping to validate architectural decisions.
Exposure to multiple software delivery processes and methodologies.
Background in OTT, VOD, live broadcast, or media tech.
