Deltatre, within its OTT/TV Everywhere delivery organisation in Italy, seeks a Project Portfolio Manager to own the technical and strategic direction of a diverse portfolio. You will lead a team of Project Delivery Managers and a wider team of 10+ across EMEA, accountable for delivery health, P&L, and client relationships.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams of product owners, architects, engineers and QA, drive governance, and manage commercial engagements across the portfolio.

Competenze

• 5+ years managing complex projects up to 12 months with budgets > £2m
• Experience with Agile Scrum and/or Kanban
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive process, and deliver results without direct authority
• Strong tech/process/risk knowledge with commercial acumen
• Led teams of 10+ across multiple markets
• PMI/PMP certification
• OTT/TV Everywhere portfolio experience
• EMEA/multi-timezone experience
