Deltatre in Torino, Italy, is hiring a Project Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of OTT/TV Everywhere products within the OTT/TV delivery organisation. You will manage a team of Project Delivery Managers and a 10+ ally across EMEA, owning delivery health and P&L, and shaping client engagements across multiple projects.

The role requires 5+ years of complex project leadership, Agile Scrum/Kanban experience, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multi-market environments.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects up to 12 months with budgets over £2m.
• Agile Scrum and/or Kanban experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results without direct authority.
• Experience leading teams across multiple markets and portfolios.

Mansioni

• Lead portfolio and programme direction for technology solutions aligned with product roadmaps.
• Programme-manage multiple OTT/TV products with Project Delivery Managers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of product owners, architects, engineers and QA.
• Provide people leadership for 10+ staff across EMEA.
• Own delivery health, including project P&L and client engagements.
• Manage commercial and contractual engagements across the portfolio.
• Foster governance and client relationships to identify upsell opportunities.
