Legora is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end implementations of our AI-native platform for enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment. You will own delivery projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the main technical contact to ensure a successful deployment and adoption.

You will configure environments, manage integrations (SSO, DMS, APIs), and provide post-rollout support to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

Experience in technical delivery, implementation, or similar customer-facing roles.
Strong knowledge of SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations.
Excellent project management skills with a proactive approach to multiple projects.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end technical implementations from kickoff to go-live.
Serve as the primary technical contact during implementation and adoption.
Configure and support customer environments including SSO and DMS integrations.
Provide post-rollout technical support for enterprise clients and resolve advanced issues.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success for smooth rollouts.
Deliver technical training and guidance to customer teams on configurations.
Gather feedback to improve future deployments and products.
