Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end AI Agent deployments, connecting Parloa to customers' enterprise systems. You will map integrations across CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing platforms, and shape the conversational experience using prompt engineering and LLM knowledge.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable AI solutions while refining prompts, testing flows, and tuning agent behavior to meet enterprise requirements.

Competenze

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with solution or systems architecture experience.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems).
• Proficiency in REST API design, OAuth/JWT authentication, and API documentation consumption.

Mansioni

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments integrating Parloa with enterprise systems.
• Build integrations using APIs and platforms, solving multi-system data flows.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios.
• Apply testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance.
• Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components for LLMs to execute.
