AGCO cerca un Facilitator Agile per supportare team di sviluppo software e automazione, promuovendo accountability e consegna di risultati di qualità in un contesto ingegneristico complesso.

La posizione richiede presenza in sede per almeno 4 giorni a settimana presso lo stabilimento di Breganze, con possibilità di remote work parziale e retribuzione competitiva, inclusa possibilità di bonus.

Competenze

• Esperienza in ambienti di sviluppo Agile.
• Ottime capacità di facilitazione, comunicazione e coordinamento.
• Esperienza nel supporto di team software o ingegneristici cross-funzionali.

Mansioni

• Facilita eventi di team Agile e cicli di sviluppo iterativi, assicurando allineamento su priorità, tempi e deliverables.
• Guida membri del team e stakeholder in pratiche Agile, promuovendo responsabilità, collaborazione e cultura orientata ai risultati.
• Gestisce dipendenze, rischi e impedimenti, coordina con team correlati e segnala issue complesse quando necessario.
• Collabora strettamente con software engineer, automation specialist e altri stakeholder per fornire visibilità su avanzamento e rischi.

Your Impact

Facilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and adherence to agreed processes within a complex engineering environment. Guide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, effective collaboration, transparency, and a results-driven team culture. Drive continuous improvement by facilitating reviews and retrospectives, identifying improvement opportunities, tracking action plans, and enhancing delivery quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness. Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments by identifying delivery challenges, coordinating with related teams, resolving blockers where possible, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Collaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams, and other stakeholders to provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery status while supporting team-level outcomes within established Agile frameworks.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills
• Experience supporting cross-functional software or engineering teams

Compensation

Applicable salary range: 39,000 – 60,000 gross annual salary. The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.

Your Workplace

This role follows AGCO’s on-site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location a minimum of 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork from our Breganze site.
