Amazon's AWS Legal team seeks a technology lawyer to support AWS sales across Europe with an emphasis on Italy and Southern Europe. The role focuses on strategic technology service agreements with enterprise and public sector clients, and on regulatory, data protection, and IT policy matters.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, advise senior leaders, and drive efficiency in contract review and negotiations while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions in the EMEA region.

Competenze

• Qualified to practice law in Italy.
• Minimum of 2+ years post-qualification legal experience.
• Fluent Italian and English (C1+).

Mansioni

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic technology service agreements with enterprise and public sector customers.
• Provide legal counsel on product development, operations, security, data protection, and public policy matters.
• Coordinate with senior executives and cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional deals.
