Atlas Copco in Robassomero (Turin area), Italy, seeks a Team Leader Engineering Support to drive the product life cycle and improve the industrialization of piston, scroll, and OIS compressors. You will lead the Engineering Support Team, ensure robust technical documentation, and coordinate with R&D, Quality and Aftersales to meet customer needs.

Competenze

• Engineering degree plus several years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Experience with CAD, PLM, BOM, and machine design theory.

Mansioni

• Develop tools and processes for new designs and maintain the current portfolio.
• Ensure timely documentation release to optimize design industrialization; support R&D project leaders.
• Manage project priorities, continuous improvement tasks and quality support for specs and docs.
• Lead Product Quality meetings (PQM) and Project Committee meetings (PCM) to drive opportunities.
• Contribute to Technical Committee actions to support Aftersales and Quality teams.
• Keep drawings, BOMs and technical documentation updated and harmonized.
• Promote proper maintenance of product groupings, CE documentation, and trade compliance.
