Qualifications

• Final-year student eligible for praticante anticipata, available full time.
• Recent graduate eligible to join as CPA Trainee or Trainee Lawyer (Praticante).
• Educational background in Economics or Law.
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 English).
• Excellent academic record (minimum 100/110).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, docs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and tax research to support client matters.
• Manage, review and analyse documents with precision.
• Draft tax and legal memoranda and assist in preparing pitches and tenders.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client events.
• Produce high-quality work efficiently using the firm’s software and document management systems.
• Prepare first drafts of engagement letters and ensure AML/KYC compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues; organise meetings and calls.
• Handle general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
