Baker Hughes is offering an Internship in Florence, Italy for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates. You will gain hands‑on experience across HR processes, data tooling, and project work while supported by a buddy and manager.

As an Intern, you will support sourcing initiatives, assist with talent analytics and workforce planning, coordinate recruiting activities, and help optimize internal systems and reporting.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Masters’ level degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Strong interest in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Human Resources, and Operational Excellence.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; Excel/PowerPoint knowledge is a plus.
• Able to multitask with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills; collaborate across functions.
• Continuous improvement mindset and interest in process efficiency.
• Enjoy cross‑functional and international collaboration; high energy and initiative.
• Strong English communication (oral and written).
• GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent; EU work permit; able to work in the country without sponsorship.

• Supporting sourcing initiatives through supplier research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and vendor evaluation.
• Assisting with relationships, performance reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities.
• Supporting People Analytics and workforce planning through data collection, reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Coordinating recruiting activities, Early Talent programs, and talent initiatives across functions.
• Administering and optimizing internal systems, databases, and reporting tools for data accuracy.
• Participating in cross‑functional projects to drive operational excellence and process improvements.
• Assisting project managers in planning, tracking milestones, and preparing documentation and presentations.
• Learning and utilizing internal software and tools to support project execution and reporting.
• Collaborating with interns and leaders to build networks and contribute to global strategic initiatives.
