Baker Hughes Company in Firenze, Italy invites talented students and graduates for a 6-month Internship in GTS Upgrade Global Operations. You will contribute to Sales & Operations Planning performance review, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring, while building Power BI dashboards and exploring data automation.
Qualifications include pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial/Management Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields, plus strong English and analytical
Competenze
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Mansioni
- Supporting the setup and operationalization of a structured Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Performance Review process
- Performing variance analysis between forecasts, operational plans, and actual business results to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Monitoring and analyse key planning and business performance indicators
- Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of business and planning performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Line organizations
- Contributing to the preparation of management reviews and presentations.
