FAO in Rome, Italy is seeking a Young Professional Officer to coordinate talent outreach and the Young Talent Programmes. The role supports end-to-end recruitment planning, strategic partnerships, and advisory services for internal stakeholders.

You will contribute to designing outreach strategies, attracting diverse talent and strengthening collaboration with academic institutions and private sector partners.

Competenze

• Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in human resources, business admin, organizational development or related field.
• Experience or familiarity with talent outreach, recruitment or related HR programmes preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and draft reports for diverse audiences.

Mansioni

• Support development and delivery of talent outreach and young talent programmes.
• Coordinate outreach strategies and monitor recruitment needs and KPIs.
• Develop partnerships with academic institutions and other organizations.
• Prepare communications, briefing notes, and data-driven insights.
