Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Tactical Planning Analyst to bridge strategic planning with plant-level execution (S&OP/SI&OP). You will convert consensus plans into actionable tactical steps and coordinate with plants and procurement to align supply commitments.

We value 2–4 years in supply chain planning, knowledge of production scheduling, Kinaxis experience, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Fluent English and cross-functional collaboration are essential as you support NPDI, data governance, and KPI delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning or S&OE in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production planning and plant scheduling processes.
• Familiarity with S&OP/SI&OP processes and Kinaxis ERP systems is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data handling.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong collaboration across functions (plants, procurement, demand planning).
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Supply Planning in the SI&OP cycle on the tactical horizon.
• Bridge plant inputs toward internal and external customers in SI&OP.
• Decline long-term plans into tactical preparation for near-term execution.
• Drive SI&OP volume usage into execution and monitor deviations.
• Govern SI&OP data usage with Purchasing/Procurement.
• Coordinate supplier constraint feedback with Procurement and escalate risks.
• Support NPDI discussions from a tactical perspective.
• Participate in SI&OP meetings with tactical updates and risk flags.
• Collaborate with Plant S&OE Managers to align regional and plant schedules.
• Support Six Sigma Green Belt projects to improve planning accuracy.
• Contribute to Kinaxis implementation for tactical planning workflows.
