Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Supply Planner to manage the mid- to long-range constrained supply plan within the SIOP process. You will align demand with capacity, materials, labor and logistics, while collaborating with multiple functions across regions.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain planning, experience in multi-site networks, and proficiency in SAP and Kinaxis. A hybrid work model and diverse development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain planning experience.
• 7+ years in multi-site planning environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling 3- to 24-month constrained supply plan and inputs to the SIOP cycle.
• Lead the Supply Review, consolidating constraints across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and network.
• Develop scenarios to quantify service, inventory, cost and capacity trade-offs for leadership decisions.
• Communicate risks, options and financial implications to senior leaders.
