Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of databases and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Unix).
• Basic understanding of enterprise cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure/EntraID preferred).
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and firewall security basics.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or similar certification preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with data mapping, integration concepts, and test planning.
• Analytical thinking.
• Clear communication.
• Client-focused collaboration
• System expertise and understanding of customer architectures
• Functional analysis and requirements translation
• Configuration of modules and business rules without coding

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document client requirements following established processes
• Create functional configuration specs from business analysis
