Job summary

Canon Italia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead technical services for system implementation projects. You will translate client requirements into functional configurations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align modules, data migrations, and business rules with project objectives.

The role focuses on delivering effective configurations, thorough documentation, and handover guidance for ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and scalable enterprise

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of databases and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Unix).
• Basic understanding of enterprise cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure/EntraID preferred).
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and firewall security basics.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or similar certification preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with data mapping, integration concepts, and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document client requirements following established processes
• Create functional configuration specs from business analysis
• Support configuration of application modules, data migration, and data import to meet objectives
• Assist in software implementation projects following methods and processes
• Ensure smooth handover with documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams
• Document technical configurations and implementation details for internal knowledge bases
