Job summary

Generali Italia SpA is seeking a proactive intern to join the Sustainable Innovation & Stakeholder Engagement team. The role focuses on research, analysis, and knowledge-building related to sustainability, risk, and innovation within insurance and investments.

You will develop internal insights, technical content, and analytical materials to support strategic decisions. You will contribute to toolkits, conduct market and regulatory benchmarking, and help prepare materials for senior management

Qualifications

University student or recent graduate in a related field.
Strong interest in sustainability, climate and risk analytics.
Excellent research and analytical skills with qualitative and quantitative data.
Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with datasets or dashboards is a plus.
Ability to translate technical information into clear insights for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word for professional presentations and reports.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented with a structured mindset.

Responsibilities

Support research, analysis, and knowledge-building on sustainability topics.
Contribute to internal toolkits, briefings, and learning materials.
Conduct benchmarking and quantitative analysis of market trends and regulatory developments.
Prepare presentations and briefing notes for internal stakeholders and senior management.
Assist in organizing workshops and knowledge sharing across groups.
