Pirelli is offering a Risk Management Internship in Turbigo, Italy, where you'll engage in worldwide risk assessment activities. This role includes supporting the Group Risk Management function, participating in climate change risk assessments, and contributing to business continuity planning. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Engineering or Economics, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be fluent in both Italian and English. This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.

You will join the Risk Management function and will focus on worldwide risk assessment activities. This internship offers hands‑on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and international environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Supporting the Group Risk Management function in the periodic execution of worldwide risk assessment activities, including in particular the Annual Operational Risk Assessment, encompassing the monitoring and reporting of the risk register and ongoing mitigation and remediation action plans.
• Supporting the Climate Change Risk Assessment, aimed at identifying and assessing climate‑related risks and opportunities in alignment with the Group's sustainability objectives and international best practices.
• Supporting periodic updates of the Group Business Continuity framework, including the execution of Business Impact Analyses (BIA), as well as the monitoring and updating of business continuity strategies and related Business Continuity Plan documentation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master's degree in Engineering or Economics.
