NHOA Energy cerca un/una brillante stagista in contabilità da inserire nel team Finance a Milano. Laurea in economia o contabilità e buona padronanza di principi contabili sono richieste; si lavora in un contesto internazionale con contatti con entità del gruppo in tutto il mondo.

Orario ibrido tra ufficio di Milano e remote, con stimolo all’apprendimento e crescita. Lo stage offre una visuale pratica su funzioni di libro mastro, registrazioni contabili, reportistica e analisi, oltre a strumenti

Competenze

• Laurea in Economia, Economia Aziendale o contabili.
• Buona conoscenza dei principi contabili e dei processi finanziari.
• Ottime capacità comunicative per relazionarsi con contatti interni ed esterni.

Mansioni

• Supportare le attività contabili quotidiane legate al flusso degli acquisti e all’inserimento delle fatture.
• Effettuare riconciliazioni contabili con fornitori e partner.
• Assistere controlli contabili e validazione dei dati finanziari.
• Preparare report ad hoc e analisi per il team Finance.
• Collaborare con gli stakeholder interni per garantire elaborazione tempestiva delle informazioni contabili.

Start your career in Finance with NHOA Energy. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Intern to join our Finance team in Milan. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a dynamic, international, and fast-growing energy company.

What you'll do

• Support daily accounting activities related to the purchasing workflow and invoice booking process
• Perform supplier and partner account reconciliations
• Assist with accounting checks and financial data validation
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to support the Finance team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounting information

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Accounting specialization preferred)
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with both internal and external contacts.
• Ability to work effectively within a growing and collaborative team
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Good knowledge of both Italian and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Location: Hybrid remote and Milan Offices.
