NHOA Energy in Milan is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our Finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a fast-growing, international energy company.

You will support daily accounting activities, reconcile supplier accounts, and help with data validation while collaborating with stakeholders. Fluency in Italian and English and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Accounting specialization preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent communication skills with internal/external contacts.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good knowledge of both Italian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Support daily accounting activities related to the purchasing workflow and invoice booking process
• Perform supplier and partner account reconciliations
• Assist with accounting checks and financial data validation
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to support the Finance team
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounting information

What we’re looking for

Location: Hybrid remote and Milan Offices.
