Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Communications Manager, Surgery, EMEA to join our team. The Communications Manager, Surgery, EMEA will be a key member of a dedicated Surgery BU CPA team to help execute an integrated communications strategy across EMEA.

This role will suit an early career communicator who can focus on growth priorities within the region, supporting innovation milestones, strengthening reputation, and engaging key stakeholders across priority markets—using a mix of external, media,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs to combine knowhow with delivery.
• Demonstrated experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and its nuances
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Strong IT familiarity and willingness to learn new systems (story posting, distribution channels)

Mansioni

• Execute EMEA communications strategy for the Surgery BU in EMEA, aligned to growth priorities and key milestones.
• Serve as a communications partner on key business initiatives, translating priorities into campaigns.
• Execute integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels in partnership with the Surgery EMEA Communications & Public Affairs team.
• Own channel management (HOME, DLs, newsletter development) connected to communications initiatives.
• Partner across region and functions (Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, and global Media Relations) to align activities and approvals.
• Work closely with local external agencies and freelancers to maximize impact and delivery.
• Use data and insights to improve effectiveness and leverage global reports for learning and execution.
