Johnson & Johnson in Italy seeks a Communications Manager, Surgery, EMEA, to join the Surgery BU CPA team and drive an integrated communications strategy across EMEA. This early-career role focuses on growth priorities, supporting milestones, strengthening reputation, and engaging key stakeholders via external, media, internal and digital channels.

The role partners with regional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, with strong emphasis on writing and delivering

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs.
• Experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and nuances.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Strong IT familiarity and willingness to learn new systems.

Mansioni

• Execute EMEA communications strategy for the Surgery BU in EMEA, aligned to growth priorities and milestones.
• Serve as a communications partner on key business initiatives, translating priorities into campaigns.
• Execute integrated communications across media, internal, and digital channels with the Surgery EMEA team.
• Own channel management (HOME, DLs, newsletters) connected to communications initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs and global Media Relations to align activity and approvals.
• Manage local external agency and freelance relationships to maximize impact.
• Use data and insights to improve effectiveness and leverage global reports.
