Job summary

UNICEF in Rome seeks a Supporter Content Knowledge Management Intern to help expand stewardship content, virtual and immersive experiences, and new offers for UNICEF's private fundraising partnerships. The role supports global fundraisers by making resources easily accessible and retrievable across time zones.

You will assist the Supporter Content team with SharePoint page design, multimedia content prep for events in the WeShare system, metadata tagging, and uploading recent virtual event

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recent graduate (past 2 years) from undergrad/grad/PhD program.
• Excellent academic performance as demonstrated by transcripts.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supporter Content team in meeting demand for stewardship content and virtual/immersive experiences.
• Design and co-create SharePoint pages; prepare and upload multimedia content for events to the WeShare system.
• Perform metadata tagging for efficient content retrieval and organize assets in the content library.
• Upload recent virtual events and support data collection on product usage; ensure SharePoint packages stay connected and up-to-date.
