The United States Army Installation Management Command seeks a qualified administrator for the Vicenza, Italy office, located at USAREUR Utility Program VAT Office. The role requires planning, directing, and coordinating clerical and logistical support to ensure smooth internal operations.

Highly preferred candidates will have DoD FMWR operations experience, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge; Italian communication capability is a strong plus for liaison with local entities and enforcing SOPs.

This position is located at USAREUR Utility Program VAT Office, Vicenza, Italy.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

1. Have one (1) year of work experience that demonstrates the ability to plan, direct, and coordinate the overall administrative, clerical and logistical support and service necessary for the internal operation of a division that includes; typing, mail processing, and purchasing of supplies and equipment as well as the direction of the maintenance and repair of equipment and supplies. OR
2. Possess an Undergraduate degree in public administration, business administration, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":

1. Possess demonstrated experience managing DoD FMWR operations, including utilizing RecTrac for point-of-sale (POS) transactions, executing budgets, preparing financial statements, and applying U.S. and Host Nation labor laws.
2. Will have proven managerial experience leading, supervising, and developing personnel within a dynamic military recreation environment.
3. Possess the ability to communicate effectively in Italian to liaise with local entities, combined with experience enforcing regulatory guidance (ARs, DoDls, IMCOM) and establishing SOP.
