Qualifications

• Titolo di studio in Economia o Management.
• Buona conoscenza di Excel e MS Office.
• Interesse per temi di supply chain e purchasing.
• Approccio proattivo e capacità di negoziazione.
• Comunicazione costruttiva e collaborazione.
• Disponibilità a imparare e a ricevere feedback.
• Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, sia parlato che scritto.

Responsibilities

• Controllo RdA e rilascio.
• Controllo OdA e rilascio.
• Emissione di ordini approvati.
• Verifica ordini con diverse fatture (riporti contabili).
• Analisi listini prezzi / inforecords nel sistema e confronto offerte.
• Comunicazione con fornitori e clienti interni.
• Validazione di contratti commerciali.
• Anagrafica fornitori.
• Rendicontazione attività.

Responsabilità essenziali

Your day in the life of Corporate Direct Purchasing Intern at ITT

In this role, you will support the team with the following responsibilities:

• RdA control and release
• OdA control and release
• Issuing of approved orders
• Checking orders with different invoices (accounting reporting)
• Analysis of price lists / inforecords in the system and comparison of offers
• Communication with suppliers and internal customers
• Validation process for commercial agreements
• Supplier master data
• Activity reporting

• Degree in Economics or Management
• Good knowledge of MS Office Package applications in particular Excel
• Strong interest in Supply and Purchasing topics

• Eager to learn and open to feedback
• Good english knowledge, both spoken then written
