Knauf Italia is offering an internship in the Supply Chain Department to support daily logistics operations and order management. The role focuses on entering and tracking orders, supporting inbound and outbound activities, and helping optimise transport processes.

Ideal candidates hold a logistics-related diploma or degree, have strong Excel skills, and are eager to learn. English proficiency and a proactive, collaborative mindset are important for success in our international environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Enter and update customer and transport orders in the company’s systems.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics operations.

• Collaborate with the team to optimise transport management processes.
• Coordinate and monitor shipments, liaising with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.

What you'll be doing:

• Entering and updating customer and transport orders in the company’s systems;
• Supporting inbound and outbound logistics operations;
• Tracking shipments and deliveries, ensuring that transport activities are completed on time;
• Supporting transport administration, including the preparation and maintenance of logistics documentation;
• Collaborating with the team to optimise transport management processes;
• Assisting with the planning, coordination and monitoring of shipments;
• Liaising with internal teams, customers and logistics partners to support efficient operations;
• Resolving logistics-related issues and contingencies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Contributing to the reduction of transport costs and lead times;
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply chain function.

What we'd love you to have:

• Technical diploma or degree in logistics, economics, management engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach.
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:

• Previous internship experience or an academic project in logistics or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems.
