Job summary

The role is based at Alpitronic’s Bologna site with occasional travel to Bolzano for coordination. You will support supplier quality activities, audits, and PPAP processes, contributing to continuous improvement in e-mobility components.

We seek candidates with technical backgrounds, a strong interest in quality and production, and willingness to develop quality tools (8D, SPC, FMEA). Fluency in Italian and English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed technical high school or degree with focus on electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or similar.
• Strong interest in quality, production processes, and continuous improvement.
• Initial experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of quality tools (8D, SPC, process controls) and willingness to develop further skills.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement concepts (5S, PDCA) and risk management tools (FMEA) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in Italian and English; German language skills are considered a plus.

• Total compensation starting from €52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
