Overview

Supplier Quality Food & Pack Engineer (Fixed-term contract)

We"re looking for a Supplier Quality Food & Pack Engineer to join our Supplier Quality Team within our Quality & Procurement Department.

The position will be based at our Innovation Center in Turin.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the products and processes provided by our food and packaging suppliers meet corporate quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

A fixed-term contract is offered for this position.

Your Day-to-day Activities
  • Evaluate and qualify new suppliers by conducting quality audits and capability assessments
  • Monitor the performance of existing suppliers, analyzing quality data and implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance
  • Manage non-conformities and complaints, coordinating timely investigations and resolutions
Who We’re Looking For
  • You have a Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Food Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1,5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or packaging industry
  • You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
  • You have a proactive approach and know how to make a real impact
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
