You will support execution and visibility across supplier activities, working with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to safeguard material delivery and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Relevant projects, internships, or initial professional experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work across cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly execution reviews, identifying risks and recovery actions.
• Monitor operational performance and supplier KPIs, spotting trends and risks.
• Collect, consolidate and analyze data to prioritize execution and delivery.
• Provide visibility on supplier constraints and mitigation actions; escalate critical issues.
