A leading luxury fashion brand in Milan seeks an experienced professional to conduct supplier audits and support their health and safety managers. This role involves verifying compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of health and safety across the production chain. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a degree in Humanities, Economics, or Law.

Competenze

  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of working conditions, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection.

Mansioni

  • Conduct on-site audits or desktop reviews at the Group’s suppliers.
  • Promote and disseminate a culture of health and safety.
  • Verify supplier compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job Purpose

Carry out on-site audits at group suppliers or desktop reviews, supporting the HSE Managers (RSPP) of the Prada Group.

Supplier Audits
  • Conduct on-site audits or desktop reviews at the Group’s suppliers.
  • Promote and disseminate a culture of health and safety throughout the production chain, aligned with the company’s Code of Ethics, Supplier Code of Conduct, and core values.
  • Verify supplier compliance with current health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and proper implementation.
Support to Industrial HSE Managers (RSPP)
  • Support the Prada Group’s industrial HSE Managers.
  • Perform risk assessments within the company.
  • Prepare and deliver health and safety training to Prada Group personnel.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with H&S procedures, including PPE use, workplace accident monitoring, emergency procedures, and drills.
Knowledge and Skills
  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Humanities, Economics, or Law.
  • Knowledge of sustainability topics: working conditions, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and business ethics.
