Saipem cerca un Responsabile Ingegneria Meccanica per l’ufficio Subsea Mechanical and Special Tools a Milano (Santa Giulia). Ruolo ibrido con possibile trasferte in Italia o all’estero, coordinamento risorse esterne e fornitori.

Il candidato deve avere laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica e almeno 5 anni di esperienza in design meccanico, competenze su Autodesk Vault/Inventor, ANSYS e Office; italiano e inglese richiesti.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale o laurea triennale in Ingegneria Meccanica.
• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come design engineer nel settore oil&gas/automation.
• Lingue: italiano e inglese.
• Competenze software: Autodesk Vault e Inventor, ANSYS e Office.

Mansioni

• Progettare elementi strutturali e meccanici con identificazione di ingranaggi e componenti meccatronici.
• Selezionare componenti e materiali, considerando corrosione, lavorazioni e tolleranze fabbrili.
• Contribuire a risparmi sui costi di produzione e standardizzazione dei componenti.
• Gestire risorse ingegneristiche esterne per supporto disegno 2D/3D.
• Gestire subappaltatori per fabbricazione e collaudo delle attrezzature progettate.
• Gestire modelli 3D interni ed esterni e archiviare i documenti in Autodesk Vault.

Purpose of the position: As Subsea Mechanical and special Tool office manager and be part of the Sonsub office. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Design of structural and machine elements with identification of transmission gears and mechanics/electromechanics components. This activity includes also the selection of commercial components and of materials to be used, with particular attention to the corrosion, machining process, welding process and fabrication tolerances issues
• It is requested the capability to design taking into consideration aspects related to production cost saving, components standardization, easiness integration/testing/maintenance
• Management and control of external engineering resources in charge to give assistance in 2D/3D design
• Management and control of external subcontractors in charge of fabrication and testing of the designed equipments
• Management of 3D models produced both internally and externally of the office with filing the documents in Autodesk Vault

What are we looking for?

• Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 5 years as a mechanical design engineer lead within industry sector (oil&gas / Automation)
• Languages: Italian, English
• Technical/IT Skills: Autodesk Vault and Inventor, Ansys for finite element analysis, Office suite
