Job summary

PSI CRO in Milan offers a hybrid role supporting study startup processes across our clinical projects. You will help identify sites, collect regulatory documents, and prepare site contracts to ensure timely activations. Strong English, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

The position emphasizes building relationships with investigators and vendors, monitoring timelines, and coordinating process improvements to drive efficiency in Italy’s startup activities.

Qualifications

• College/University degree or equivalent education.
• At least 1 year industry experience in clinical research and/or 1 year of Study Startup in Italy.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels.

• College/University degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• At least 1 year industry experience in clinical research and/or a minimum 1 year of Study Startup experience inItaly

Base salary range:€31,700 – €40,150 gross annual salary.
Actual compensation:The salary offered within the stated range will depend on objective, job-related criteria, including demonstrated competencies, qualifications, and skills relevant to the position.
