Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Study Startup Specialist in Milan to support clinical projects in Italy. This hybrid role partners with project teams to ensure startup activities start smoothly and on time.

You will collect regulatory documents, prepare site packages, negotiate site contracts and budgets, and coordinate communication with investigators, vendors, and study teams through activation. A college degree and at least one year in clinical research or study startup in Italy are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year industry experience in clinical research or 1 year Study Startup experience in Italy
• Full working proficiency in English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels

Responsibilities

• Support site identification and selection process

This role is hybrid in our Milan office

You will:

Qualifications

• College/University degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• At least 1 year industry experience in clinical research and/or a minimum 1 year of Study Startup experience inItaly

• Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels

Base salary range:€31,700 – €40,150 gross annual salary.
Actual compensation:The salary offered within the stated range will depend on objective, job-related criteria, including demonstrated competencies, qualifications, and skills relevant to the position.
