Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to join an international team dedicated to advancing medical science. You will conduct and report onsite and remote monitoring visits, perform CRF review, source document verification, and manage site communications.

The role emphasizes ownership, deeper study focus across Italy, and collaboration across multiple sponsors. You will train less experienced CRAs and travel as needed, supported by a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree or equivalent combination of education, training & experience.
• Independent on-site monitoring experience in Italy.
• Experience in Phase II and/or III monitoring visits.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.

Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate II to join a highly motivated, international team where collaboration, ownership, and trust are part of everyday work.

You will:

• Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits as well as remote visits.
• Perform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution.
• Be responsible for site communication and management.
• Be involved in site identification process.
• Assist in training of less expert CRAs, depending on your level of experience.

Qualifications

• Base salary range:€41.000 – €51.900 gross annual salary.
• Actual compensation:The salary offered within the stated range will depend on objective, job-related criteria, including demonstrated competencies, qualifications, and skills relevant to the position.
