Apartamento Studios in Milan seeks an experienced Studio & Project Manager to run the new Milan office, coordinating creative projects from brief to delivery. The role blends studio operations, project coordination, and financial admin with clients, collaborators, and suppliers.

The candidate must be highly organized, proactive and comfortable balancing practical duties with a busy creative studio environment. 3–4 years minimum experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Milan office day-to-day operations with clear systems and processes.
• Coordinate creative projects from briefing through production and delivery.
• Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and coordinate resources across teams.
• Communicate progress, deadlines and next steps with clients and partners.
• Monitor project scope and flag changes, delays or resource needs early.
• Coordinate production timelines, supplier quotations, schedules and on-site needs.
