Triumph Group in Milan is seeking a Studio Manager / Traffic Manager to oversee the creative studio, manage requests, and coordinate with the Creative Director and Brand Leads. The role requires strong scheduling and organizational skills and involves hybrid work with two mandatory days at the Milan office.

You will coordinate capacity, maintain processes, and supervise day-to-day studio operations while ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and content.

Competenze

  • 3–5+ years in studio management, traffic management or creative operations.
  • Proven track record managing multi-workstream creative schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of how campaigns and content are produced and how creative teams operate.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • Experience sourcing and coordinating freelance creative talent.
  • Degree in Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Based in Milan; fluent in English; Italian an advantage.

Our Brand and Marketing Department for our office in Milan is looking for a

Studio Manager / Traffic Manager (f/m/d) (100%)

This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Milan.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming creative requests, logging, prioritising, and assigning work across the team with a clear view of capacity and deadlines
  • Maintain a real-time overview of all active briefs and workstreams, ensuring nothing is lost, delayed, or misdirected
  • Maintain the studio schedule, balancing short-turnaround requests against longer production cycles without dropping either
  • Anticipate capacity pinch points and flag them early so the team can plan rather than react
  • Coordinate with the Creative Director and Brand Leads to align on priorities when demand exceeds capacity, ensuring decisions are made with full visibility of the workload rather than in isolation
  • Track work in progress across the full team, flagging bottlenecks and resolving them before they become delays. Keep stakeholders informed of status, changes, and dependencies throughout
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, including tools, software subscriptions, asset libraries, file organisation, and ways of working
  • Own and continuously improve the processes that allow the team to produce efficiently and consistently
  • Source and coordinate ad hoc creative support as needed, including freelancers and external talent, managing briefing, availability, and delivery in line with project requirements
  • Will support Creative or brand teams in ad hoc projects such as AI image development or organization of small productions
Your ideal profile:
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in studio management, traffic management, or creative operations role, agency side or in-house
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream creative schedules in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of how campaigns and content are produced, and how creative teams operate
  • Proficient in project management tools
  • Experience sourcing and coordinating freelance creative talent. Highly organized, process-minded, and calm under pressure
  • Degree in Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience
  • Based in Milan
  • Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is an advantage.
  • Creates clarity in complexity without adding bureaucracy
  • Anticipates problems before they become blockers and solves them quietly
  • Reliable and consistent — the person the team counts on to keep things moving
