Triumph Group in Milan is seeking an experienced Senior Art Director to lead a four-person creative studio and oversee the development, execution, and delivery of content that reinforces Triumph’s visual handwriting across campaigns and channels.
You will collaborate with the Global Brand Team, maintain brand coherence, and integrate AI-powered workflows to increase output quality. The role is hybrid, with two mandatory days at the Milan office.

Our Brand & Marketing Department for our office in Milan is looking for a
Based in Milan and reporting to the Global Head of Brand and Creative Director, this role sits at the centre of Triumph’s visual output. You will manage a creative studio of 4 people, work day-to-day on the development, execution of content and campaigns, shoots, and brand moments across all channels, bringing the brand’s visual handwriting to life with precision, consistency, and genuine creative ambition. You will collaborate closely with the Global Brand Lead Triumph and the wider Global Brand Creative team, including the sloggi brand counterpart.
This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Milan.
