F&M Ingegneria SPA in Mirano (VE) seeks a Structural Civil Engineer to join our headquarters team. You will oversee the technical development of civil and infrastructure structures under the project coordinator and design various structural works.

Requirements include a MSc in Civil Engineering (structural), 3–5 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of major structural software; English proficiency and strong teamwork are essential.

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in structural engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar structural role.
• Good knowledge of structural software and AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; English proficiency preferred.

F&M Ingegneria is seeking a candidate for the position of Structural Civil Engineer to join the team at its headquarters in Mirano (VE).

The candidate will work under the supervision of the project coordinator and will be responsible for the technical development of civil engineering and infrastructure structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing various types of structural works;
• Actively collaborating with the team to define technical solutions, applicable standards, and the necessary technical documentation;
• Liaising with the structural modeling team;
• Providing back-office support and/or conducting site visits to assist the construction management team with structural aspects.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in structural engineering;
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Good knowledge of structural engineering software: Strauss, Midas Gen, SismiCad, Idea Statica;
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD;
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite;
• Knowledge of Revit is a plus;
• Good command of English;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Strong interpersonal skills.
