Bollinger und Grohmann GmbH in Rome is seeking a structural engineer (m/f/x) to support international building projects. The role covers calculation and drafting, coordination with architects, clients and contractors, and developing intelligent structural solutions with the design team.

The ideal candidate has strong English skills (B2/C1), knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures, and familiarity with Eurocodes and Italian standards.

• Good university theoretical knowledge related to reinforced concrete and steel structures, also in a seismic zone, according to Italian standards and Eurocodes
• Ability to work in an international team with good interpersonal skills

Descrizione del lavoro

To support our team in Rome, we are looking for a structural engineer (m/f/x), preferably registered with good English skills.

• Structural design processing of national and international building construction projects (calculation and/or drafting)
• Coordination with architects, clients, and contractors
• Development of intelligent solutions in cooperation with architects and specialist planners

Your profile

• Good knowledge of the English language (B2/C1). Knowledge of German or French language will be considered an added value.
• Good university theoretical knowledge related to reinforced concrete and steel structures, also in a seismic zone, according to Italian standards and Eurocodes
• Spirit of analysis and synthesis, motivation, organisational skills and autonomy in one's work.
• Ability to work in an international team with good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the following software: Excel, Word, Finite Element Calculation Software (basic knowledge), Autocad and/or Revit and/or Rhino (basic knowledge)
• Knowledge of parametric tools (Grasshopper, Karamba, Dynamo, etc.) is a plus
