CNH Industrial seeks a Structural Analysis Specialist to validate tractor components using advanced FEA, durability and dynamic analyses across the product life cycle. You will work with global engineering teams to deliver robust design solutions.

Proficiency with Hypermesh, Nastran, and Abaqus is required. English skills, 3–5 years in the field, and a Master’s degree are preferred to drive structural optimization and effective communication of results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in structural analysis, virtual validation or product development.
• Master's degree preferred in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Hypermesh, Nastran, Abaqus; experience with FEA solvers is expected.

Responsabilités

• Support development and virtual validation of tractor components and systems from concept to design release.
• Perform structural, nonlinear, dynamic and durability analyses using advanced FEA tools.
• Interpret results and propose design improvements to optimize structural performance.
