Job summary

CNH Industrial in Italy (Emilia-Romagna, Modena) is seeking a Senior NVH Engineer to lead vibroacoustic development for tractor and off-highway products. You will test, measure, and analyze noise and vibration data to improve ride comfort and durability, collaborating with global engineering teams.

The role requires 5+ years in NVH, strong knowledge of LMS Test.Lab and FEM/MBd tools, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proved experience in NVH development.
• Knowledge in testing, and optimization for durability, reliability, sound, vibration.
• Experience in structural and acoustic data acquisition systems, both hardware and software, as well as mechanical strain measurement.
• Experience or knowledge in LMS Test.Lab is desirable; knowledge of FEM/MBd SWs (ANSYS, Optistruct, ADAMS) would be a plus.
• High level of interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Flexibility to travel abroad.
• Results-oriented approach and customer focus.
• Experience in tractor/off-highway environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test-measure and analyze vibroacoustic data to develop quiet tractor product designs.
• Address acoustic and vibration problems with existing products.
• Lead NVH activities from technical and planning perspectives.
• Plan, conduct, and supervise acoustic and vibration tests (modal, transient, steady-state, rotating machinery, sound pressure).
• Produce clear final test reports supporting technical problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Company safety requirements.
