KRUK Italia, a leader in debt management, is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager in Milan to drive strategy execution and cross-functional transformation programs.

You will partner with the Board, shape the PMO, and lead a portfolio of initiatives focusing on Lean and Agile ways of working, data governance, and governance processes.

This role offers significant responsibility with flexible remote work up to 75% and a compensation package starting around €60,000 gross annually.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in Project/Program/Transformation Management.
• Experience in PMO environments with governance over multiple initiatives.
• Transformation projects with Lean/Agile experience.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Interpersonal and cross-functional communication in evolving environments.
• Exposure to data governance or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• English language proficiency (B2 or higher).

Mansioni

• Lead Strategy & Transformation Department and support development and execution of the business strategy.
• Partner with the local Board to identify strategic growth opportunities and translate them into concrete initiatives.
• Monitor the business model and propose improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Define and improve the PMO framework and governance across initiatives.
• Coordinate a portfolio of cross-functional projects delivering tangible outcomes.
• Drive ways of working transformation via Lean, Agile, and process improvements.
• Support data governance and data-driven decision making.
• Manage monthly and quarterly Business Review processes.
• Establish change management frameworks and coach leaders.
• Develop capabilities in Lean, Digital, and transformation practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
