Job summary

Quantis is seeking a Sustainability Manager in Milan to lead client engagements and manage major accounts within the Food & Beverage sector. You will grow business by cultivating strategic partnerships and co-creating solutions aligned with client needs, while collaborating with internal experts to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will mentor junior colleagues and may take on line management responsibilities to support their growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of work experience in sustainability or consulting.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business or Economics.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage major accounts within the Food & Beverage sector.
