Pharma Point in Milano, Italy, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee planning, purchasing, warehouse and logistics in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will drive material flow, balance demand and capacity, and ensure business continuity with high service levels.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, hands-on experience in manufacturing supply chains, strong SAP knowledge, and fluent English.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain within manufacturing environments, ideally pharma or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of planning, site purchasing, warehouse and logistics processes.
• Experience in managing and developing teams.
• Good understanding of inventory management, production planning and material flow optimization.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• English proficiency.

For a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, we are looking for:

Supply Chain Manager

The role will oversee Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Supply and Logistics, ensuring business continuity, efficient material flows and high service levels within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, balancing demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory levels and material availability.


• Oversee purchasing activities, ensuring continuity and timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials and services required by the site.


• Manage warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows and logistics activities.


• Optimize inventory levels, monitoring stock coverage, slow-moving materials and obsolescence.


• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Commercial functions to ensure an integrated and efficient supply chain.


• Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, service levels, costs and operational performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.


• Lead and develop the team, fostering accountability, collaboration and a strong results-oriented mindset.

Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.


• Solid experience in Supply Chain within manufacturing environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or other highly regulated industries.


• Strong knowledge of planning, site purchasing, warehouse and logistics processes.


• Previous experience in managing and developing teams.


• Good understanding of inventory management, production planning and material flow optimization.


• Good knowledge of SAP


• Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
