Baker Hughes invites applications for the Supplier Fulfillment Manager - Sourcing Management role in Italy. You will be the main contact for suppliers, ensuring on-time materials delivery, coordinating logistics, and implementing supplier development programs to improve performance and capability.

Qualified candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, strong leadership, and ability to drive processes across procurement, operations and finance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or MBA or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial; knowledge of oil and gas products preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, ability to drive execution and influence internal stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly and consolidate new products and managed commodities.
• Strong partnership mindset, proactive, inclusive and innovative.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Autonomous self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (up to 20%).
• Fluency in Italian and English; EU passport; proficient in MS Excel & ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Manage delivery of materials for assigned suppliers and coordinate logistics to receiving systems.
• Collaborate with Material Management, Manufacturing and Global Supplier Execution Process Excellence to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation.
• Provide feedback on supplier performance to refine strategy and ensure alignment with Gas Turbine flow business.
• Partner with Quality to support supplier surveillance and issue resolution.
• Work with Logistics to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Support procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputational requirements.
