Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Materials Planner to deploy short-term master planning, schedule production, and coordinate purchases to meet fulfilment needs. You will lead cross-functional activities with suppliers and internal teams to resolve bottlenecks while aligning with KPIs and inventory goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, independence to drive improvements, and fluency in Italian; MS Office and ERP knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
• Experience in cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.
• Strong problem identification and solution skills.
• Fluent in Italian, both oral and written.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Deploy master planning in the short term, scheduling operations to optimize production and fulfilment.
• Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Lead planning of Farm-in & Farm-out activities with external suppliers and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure alignment with production plan and KPIs; optimize inventory and processes.
• Exchange data and drive improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate traceability for records created during manufacturing.
• Comply with company policy across quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, Lean, etc.
