Baker Hughes is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist in Italy. You will manage supplier quality aspects, drive NCR handling, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, and lead audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

The role requires a mechanical or materials engineering degree, knowledge of welding and NDT methods, and the ability to read technical drawings. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
• Read and understand technical drawings and product specifications.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• PC & office software proficiency.
• EU Work Permit.

Mansioni

• Manage Supplier’s related Non-Conformity Records (NCR).
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) with suppliers and define corrective actions.
• Implement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliers.
• Qualify suppliers according to company rules.
• Carry out periodic audits to verify compliance with requirements.
• Check on-the-job inspections according to Quality Control Plans.
• Support SDR management with suppliers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve supplier quality.
• Facilitate technical clarifications between suppliers and engineering.
